As a charcoal grill restaurant, we feature sustainable British ingredients with a paired back changing menu of the UK’s best game and fish.
Sustainability and seasonality
Game in the UK is something to be taken very seriously, not just for the birds or the animals but also the tradition steeped in them, the respect for the seasons and the historical pairing of fish and game.
